Every airline site should have a route map

I’m indexing all the passenger airlines for Flight Club (no joke, there’s like 400 of them worldwide). Part of the information I gather is each airline’s destinations. You could say I’ve gotten pretty intimate with airline site design these past weeks (more on that later). I also have a piece of advice for the 30% of sites that don’t do this: hire a designer, design a route map, and put a link to your route map somewhere real visible. It’s not just for me — your prospective customers will thank you too.

So far, Macedonian Airlines wins the contest for the coolest route map.
