An astute commenter today pointed out:

Quit acting like airlines needs to treat you like something special; you are only paying for a public bus ride in the sky

They have a point. Faceless corporations are awful easy to demonize — I mean, they don’t have a face, you’ve got that demon-mask in hand, one thing leads to another, whammo! Demonized.

So, here, to present the other side of the coin, I invite all those with positive experiences and praise for American Airlines to post their good experiences below. (you can read all the complaints about American Airlines here)
