Hallelujah: The praise-be to Northwest Airlines thread
Do you have a story of praise about Northwest Airlines? A remarkable customer-service experience? An unexpected perk? Share it here, and see the other Praise posts for airlines here.
I’ve got one of my own: It was the first time I flew Northwest after I swore I wouldn’t fly them again. I was going from Raleigh, North Carolina, to Chicago in the summer of 2005, and I was running late. I checked in (no bags) and rushed to the gate, and right as I got to the gate I heard them announce “Will Joseph Murphy please come to the front desk?” So I did, and they told me I had a new seat. In first class. No explanation why — I wasn’t about to ask, either.
