		<description>UAL has the WORST customer service in the history of the airline industry.  I have been SIX MONTHS [June 16, 2009 was initial communication] trying to obtain costs for flights taken in 2006 and 2007.  My computer was compromised and all online reservations booked with in 2006 and 2007 with UAL evaporated.  I gave UAL the ticket numbers and dates of travel - I have received incorrect responses FIVE TIMES NOW.  13 trips with all the flight data and UAL cannot get it right.  YES I AM A MILEAGE PLUS MEMBER AND THEY TREAT US LIKE CRAP!  I need this information for tax purposes and it&#039;s pathetic they cannot simply comply with the correct information after 6 months.
