I see mostly that the passengers like me dont always read there rule and run into problems as a result. You have to get to the airport early or else you will miss your flight, its simple -- they also have some good people working for the in fll ( like Thomas Russo ) but with all things these days , there are some bad ones. Spirit is a good cheap airline... Spirit airline has it problems but I fly them all the time.. I see mostly that the passengers like me dont always read there rule and run into problems as a result.
