Lots of trash has been talked about Continental Airlines — its lavatories, it’s animal-killing ways (joke! joke!). But we’re not here to celebrate this darkness. We’re here to celebrate everything that Continental does right, so if you’ve got some praise or a positive customer-service story about travelling with Continental that you’d like to share, please post it here.

    Kudos to Continental – recently one of our bags was ripped to shreds and quickly and easily replaced with a brand new bag of similar size and features at newark airport. Thanks Continental

    After the plane crash that I heard about in Buffalo, I was too scared to fly continental on my next trip especially since they have had 2 plane malfunctions within 6 months. I called them immediately to request a refund because I feared for my life, and they accepted it without argument.

    Today 2nd July 2009 is my LAST day to fly with continental. I have had enough. I flew from bermuda and was given a boarding pass with gate C90. I was at the gate like one hour before time. I sat there and when boarding time came, I dint hear anything from Co-air. i was alittle patient n waited longer but alas…..i was at the wrong gate. Someone decided 2 change the gates without informing customers? i went to talk 2 one of the representatives and she had this huge attitude!!!! All she was doing is sip her drink n give vague answers. I have been put on standby in the next flight. I hope I dont spend the night at the airport coz I will sue Continental.

    The last time I travelled with them from bermuda to Dallas all my flights were delayed. Anything good to say about continental? GO TO HELL!!!!

    Nice piece of horror on recent Frontline (http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/flyingcheap/view/) called “Flying Cheap.” Shame on Continental for subcontracting regionals with poor safety records. I’ll never fly your corporate-disregard for life airlines.
