My flight was loaded well before the scheduled departure time. We then waited for an hour so they could transfer people arriving early for the next flight because they had overbooked it. This delay was followed by another 3 hours taxi to the runway before take off The end result was missing onward flight connections in the UK, and additional cost to me of over £250.
